AI Consultancy — a clear answer to "where should we actually use AI?"
Everyone's telling you to "adopt AI" and nobody's telling you where, how, or whether it's worth it for your business specifically. We come in, look at how your business actually runs — your systems, your team's time, where money leaks — and give you a prioritised, costed plan: what to automate first, what to leave alone, and what the realistic return looks like.
AI advice comes in two bad flavours: hype merchants selling transformation decks, and tool vendors whose answer is always their tool. What an SME owner needs is simpler and rarer — someone who understands both the technology and how a small business actually operates, telling you honestly which 20% of AI is worth your money.
Discovery. We sit with you (and your team if you have one) to map your workflows, tools, and where time and revenue genuinely leak.
Assessment. We identify the AI opportunities that fit — and we follow a recognised methodology for AI project selection (the founder is PMI-CPMAI certified), because most failed AI projects fail at the choosing stage, not the building stage.
The plan. A prioritised roadmap in plain English: each opportunity, the effort, the realistic benefit, and what to do first. Costed, honest, and including the things we recommend you don't do.
Your choice on what's next. Take the plan and run with it — with us, with someone else, or in-house. The plan stands on its own.
We're practitioners, not just advisors. Every recommendation comes from someone who builds and runs AI systems daily — our own and our clients'. When we say something will work, it's because we've built it; when we say it won't, that's experience too, and it's in the plan in writing.
Clarity instead of noise. A short, honest list of where AI pays back for your specific business — and permission to ignore the rest.
No. The plan is yours and it's written to stand alone — clear enough for any competent developer to act on. Plenty of clients do continue with us, but the consultancy is valuable either way, and we'd rather you trust the advice because it isn't a sales funnel.
Either. Some businesses want a single advisory session to sanity-check an idea; others want the full assessment and roadmap; some keep us on as an ongoing AI advisor. We'll recommend the lightest option that answers your question.
It's the normal case. Everything is delivered in plain English with the business case front and centre. You don't need to understand the technology — that's what you're hiring.
It's a project-management methodology specifically for AI projects — essentially a discipline for deciding whether an AI idea is viable before money is spent building it. In practice it means our recommendations come with an honest feasibility check, not just enthusiasm.
